We have been through a myriad of turnover of managers, lease mgrs, owners & maintenance personnel. Hopefully, it is finally settling down for a year or so, at the least. The current personnel are mostly available & pretty responsive, although this is a big property for ONE maintenance person, and currently, the manager is split between properties. The asthetics of the property are a nice upgrade, and we absolutely love our new floor (took 4-5 water leaks into the carpet over the years); however, the pool issues have not made the property look good, or us feel good, even though the pool area LOOKS good.?? Looking forward to 2025, and thankful that the rent increase was not exorbitant.

Unsure yet…new management which has changed tremendously over the past 6 months. Asthetically, the property is much improved, but our apt is old, needs new carpet, etc.
