I have lived at boathouse for 6 years and recently had issues inside my unit. Mr Ts’ (member of the maintenance staff) expertise, consistency and overall care made this uncomfortable time so much better. He communicated every detail of the repairs and provided timelines so I would know exactly what was happening at all times. Mr. T is the most professional and knowledgeable maintenance man I have ever encountered, and his unwavering committment to excellence restored my trust in calling the boathouse home. Kudos Mr.T

We have lived here 3 year. The level of consisteancy of what the team or management does isn't equal at all times. They don't like to solve broken issue, they stick a bandaid on it till it goes down again. Management needs to do a better job with prevenative maintaince for all units and grounds. They should also walk the grounds and look at there property.
