Lack of consistency

We have lived here 3 year. The level of consisteancy of what the team or management does isn't equal at all times. They don't like to solve broken issue, they stick a bandaid on it till it goes down again. Management needs to do a better job with prevenative maintaince for all units and grounds. They should also walk the grounds and look at there property.

Unique place to live

I am new to the neighborhood, but I think it is a unique are in that you have a lake with two fitness centers and two pool areas. It is great for outdoorsy types who like recreation.
