Make sure to drive to the back; but don’t park here.

The tow company they have will tow for any perceived infraction.. Even if you’re following the rules. At $400 a pop, i won’t be renewing my lease. You shouldn’t lose sleep wondering if your car is going to be gone in the morning because the driver “thought you were in a reserved spot” or “didn’t see your sticker”. Yes, I’ve had to pay because of their mistake. It’s insane. The water is turned off for full days a couple of times a week, and the only place that doesn’t look like a giant trashcan is right up front.

The retreat Apartments

There has been a few fees charged to my account that have not been removed and I have brought up to the office’s attention multiple times prior to paying my rent but end up having to pay to avoid a late payment. They have told me that they cannot get a refund for these fees. Not pleased.
