Poor Management
I have lived here for about 8 months. I have filed several maintenance requests, only for them to go ignored for months. I have tried to get a second parking spot for my wife's car, only for the request to go ignored. My car was towed from my spot and we were told to send the receipt to get $300 off our next rent payment, only for that to promise to go unfulfilled. While the inside of the apartment is good, the screens to the windows are ripped up and we are missing a drawer in our kitchen, both were marked on my move-in inspection. Living here isn't the worst, but I have no confidence that the management will act if we have anything major go wrong with our living space.
