I love living here for the most part. It's pretty quiet. I love the amenties. There are small things I wish management kept up with, such as power pressure wash the hallways and steps at least a few times out of the year and being stricter with dog owners. Ive seen dog owners walk their dog, dog poops and doesn't pick up after their dog(s).

So far everything has been okay, I just have a few things to say about maintenance and our apartment. I understand that they are very busy, but sometimes they come so late that the problem has worsened or we have to take care of it ourselves. Also everytime something does get fixed we have to put in a report because it has already messed up again. Although we have keys our pin pad has not worked for sometime now, even after multiple times of getting fixed. Another thing, it would be nice if the trash pickup was optional. Thank you.
