I have lived here going on 3 years and I feel like it has been a chill and safe environment. The only CON I have is with the extra trash fees that make it to where you are paying so much more in rent.. A one bedroom 700 sq ft apt shouldnt be 1500-1600 dollars a month. Its wrong.
