Review

Moving here gave me a place to call home, however when I first moved in the apartment wasn't cleaned. After telling the office when returning the walk through list. I was told that there was nothing they could really do. Even after. telling them that the walls had not been painted, they told me they would come paint them, but that never happened. Parking is a free for all and would just work better if everyone just had their own assigned spot. Maintenance takes their time weeks and months to get to your request. When they do the work its half done. I guess I just expected way too much moving in here. Watch them blame me for all the unpainted walls and marks on them when I move out when my lease comes to an end. I would be so grateful for them to make things right, but we all know places like this just want to make money off the residents.

The Rise is about how many and how high the FEES are.

The Rise is really a fine place to live. I am about to pay my rent. Everything about the apartment complex is as good as an apartment can be expected to be. However, the fees for all of the things they offer are incredibly numerous. Sometimes it appears that there is even a fee for collecting the fees. We are now being charged for amenities that are unavailable or very very limited in availability. Ask about the workout room. Ask about the clubhouse. Hell, the pool is very limited and is often down and unavailable. In the rent bill there are always fees for collecting all of the money due and their really is a minimum fee of $1.50/month for PAYING THE RENT AND ALL THE OTHER FEES THEY COLLECT. Understand, I enjoy living here. Just be aware that, like an endless loop, never seem to end.
