My unit does not have any insulation in the walls or attic. The noise that comes in from next-door and outside is sometimes unbearable! I can hear neighbors and people in the parking area having conversations at normal volumes.The grout is coming out from between the tile belt upstairs and down. I have had numerous electrical problems due to poor quality.

Poor electrical fixtures and wiring. No insulation in walls and ceiling leading to high electric bills and excess noise in the apartment. Can hear conversations through the walls both interior and exterior. Poor installation of floor tiles. Missing grout both upstairs and downstairs. Several more items if you’re really interested.
