I probably would have given a better review, but the noise makes this apartment a poor rating. If you live under an apartment with a big dog then you won't be able to enjoy silence unless it stops moving. Dragging furniture is another bad one, but that doesn't occur as much as the running around.

Great place to live. Austin Ranch offers a unique experience in apartmenbt living. So many things at you fingertips and a true community / neighborhood livestyle.

Head of management (John) kicked out a service dog (~20lbs) that alerted on him via light nip and had it removed. Will hold political views against residents and makes it his hobby to get waist deep in residents issues. The rent has only been going up at this apartment and what they have to offer isn't all that much. Of my time there gates worked maybe 15% of the time, but they are planning on charging residents "Gate service fees" so maybe that will make them work more regularly. Also add $100/month in services and fees you will never use.
