Peace and Quiet

Lived here for more than a year. Nice, quiet, peaceful place. Close to University and I-35. Staff is great, responsive, and responsible, they go the extra mile which many other places don't. Shame on those places. Would love to live here even after graduation.

I love living here!!! I’ve lived her for about 3 years now and this place has definitely beckme my home. The only concern I have is with the laundry machine and rooms, but everything else is fabulous

Great service from the maintenance team and the office crew

I experienced a number of issues upon arrival to Westfield. The tenant I moved in with had been living there for quite a few years and had the place in shambles. The AC was out, the microwave didnt work, the washer and dryer (and rest of the apartment) smelled of cat poop, and place was a mess. I contacted the front office and they were extremely kind and responsive. Within 1 week most of the problems were solved and I had been sent a new microwave and washer. Within the next week, my entire AC unit had been replaced. Over the course of my time as a tenant I was able to get things fixed within a day of a maintanance request. Most of the times it was same day! Everyone in the office was always happy to help and kindly addressed any issues that I had. My only wish was that I would’ve been able to meet the current tenant before I moved in. The office team did provide contact information before moving in to do so, but I wouldve liked to have known what I was moving in with a little bit better i.e. a rommate profile or something. Most of that is outside the control of Westfield, and I firmly believe the apartment complex to be have the best front office and maintenance team in San Marcos. Carlos, head of maintenance, always did a wonderful job and was extremely respectful. Everyone at Westfield always addressed me by name and with kindness which meant a lot! Thanks Westfield!

Amazing!

I love living here! Best apartments in San Marcos, everyone on staff is super sweet and always willing to help out. My *only* wish is that Westfield had a dog park! Other than that, its amazing place to live.
