You will regret moving here.

I do not recommend this complex. Maintenance issues ongoing. No cold water three weeks. No hot water for a week. Now no hot water again! Always have excuses why they cant have things fixed ( parts, no maintenance on staff, etc) the location is great bit thats the only plus.

Lots of Issues

I moved in and there was black mold under the bathroom sink, the drain on the kitchen sink wasn't sealed so water was going straight under the sink causing a big mess and rendering the sink unusable. Flooring peeling up in multiple places, door not properly sealed with weather strip, one of the stove top burners wasn't working, and pipes are shaking under the sink when the cold water is used. Lots of issues moving in that they should've checked since they had an entire month between tenants to make the space livable and ready for move in.

Extremely Disorganized

I've lived here since september 2021, the complex is under new management. I lived here in 2016 when I was going to school and the complex has gone downhill since then. I put in a maintenance request for major things (washer/dryer does't work, there is a leak daily from my toilet that must constantly be cleaned, water comes up through the floor, leak in my kitchen sink that doesn't stop). This request was made in November, it is now February and I have NEVER been contacted about my maintenance issue. Funny enough the office called me about my mail key coming in that it took them 4 months to make. I already have a mail key that I received a month prior from the Main manager (no communication between employees). Instead of calling me about a mail key that I already have, how about you fix my toilet and kitchen sink that has been leaking for 3+ months and my washer/dryer so i can actually wash my clothes. If these issues were fixed maybe my water bill wouldn't be through the roof every month, and I wouldn't have to spend unnecessary money going to the laundry mat every week.
