Office staff is amazing as always! The rent for a one bedroom is pretty high, considering it is income limited as well. $1050 for a one bedroom apartment is a tad bit much. Disappointed it went up. $1050 a month is good for a two bedroom, but way too high for a one bedroom. The pool could definitely use more attention as well.

I've lived here for 14 yrs and I can't really complain. It's sad they don't include washer and dryer any more as I'm disabled and it will be difficult to take laundry elsewhere. Other than that it's a nice place to live.
