My Review at Walker Ranch

The apartments themselves are beautiful and comfortable to live in. The office employees are nice. Maintenance has always come in a timely manner. Involvement in the community has been a nice touch as well with events and vendors. Cons - mailboxes have been broken into way too many times and our gates are always breaking. Sometimes the trash pile is unsightly as well since we are such a huge complex with only one recycle bin. Valet trash can be messy at times so you tend to have trash fluid trails all over your walkways which looks gross and smelly but I think our tenants should be mindful about weight or considerate about double bagging to avoid that. Overall - I have enjoyed my stay with Walker Ranch, enough to call it home. The pros have kept me here. The cons well.. what can you do. Just do your part and hope that others will foll-... wait who am I kidding. Just do your part and be mindful of your community!

Great Place to Call Home

Its time for our initial lease to be up, and we are very happy to reknew it again. The location, amenities, staff, apt layouts, pricing, neighbors, surrounding restaurants and shopping stores, luscious landscape of trees, and deer all around is fantastic. We are happy to call here home.

We love the location and how quiet it usually is.

We have lived here about 3 years, and we love the location and how quiet it usually is. We feel safe with our 3 year old living her with us as well. Maintenace is great. Whenever we put in a request they come right away and fix the problem in a timely manner.
