Sacrifice maintenance for location

The complex is poorly maintained. The maintenance staff is very friendly but you rarely see them. The grounds are always in need of grooming, the parking areas are littered with trash, and there’s always something broken in the unit. You’re paying for the location, that’s the bottom line.

Chateaux Grove Apts.

I have lived in my apartment for 7 years come June. I enjoy living in this building because it is mall and quiet. The leasing team is always available and the maintenance team is quick to respond to issues. I hope to live here for many more years to come.

Area is nice, neighbors are great. Quality of the apartment is poor, maintenance is bad, takes forever to get a request completed. Just because you live in a great area, doesn’t mean it’s okay to put up With poor landlord maintenance requests being completed in a timely manor. It’s been months!! Yet you want to raise the rent!?! Totally absurd. Believe me if I didn’t have to stay here I wouldn’t.

Management needs to step it up

New management has raised the rent and lowered their service. We understand the cost of inflation, but management has forgotten that we are customers paying for a service.
