how i feel about the place at castle hills

I have lived here for 4 years so far and I believe this is the best way to express my thoughts about my apartment complex. The office staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the move-in process a breeze. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have, and have made my living experience here much smoother. The location of the apartment complex is also ideal for my needs, with nearby stores and easy access to my school. It is a convenient and practical place to call home. However, I have had some issues with the maintenance staff. While they are very friendly, they sometimes take a long time to complete tasks, which can be frustrating when dealing with maintenance issues that affect my daily life. It would be great to see some improvement in this area. Overall, I would still highly recommend living in this apartment complex due to its great location and helpful office staff. While the maintenance staff could be more efficient, it has not detracted too much from my positive living experience here.

Too Big

This place is too large to be able to offer personalized service. The leasing agents are not often familiar with issues. I am quite satisfied with how quiet the complex is, except for one young woman who insists on disturbing others with the lack of a working muffler on her car, as well as not having a TX plate. Most other residents near me are generally considerate of others.

Awesome place! Little to no noise. Respectful residential

I have lived here for the past 3 months and I have had little to no trouble at all in The Place at Castle Hills! Residents here are mindful and respectful. Staff is amazing! Maintenance are awesome, always fast and there when you need them.
