unpleasant living

Living here has been complete torment with loud upstairs neighbors and management does nothing about it. They say the only thing to do is call police when the noise arises. Been living here for four years and i believe it is time to go

I have lived here for two yrs. I love the location as its 2 minutes away from 281 and all major shopping. The staff is friendly and always available to assist with anything I need. All maintenance request are addressed quickly. The apartments are very nice and updated. I love the walking trail next to the apartments. The only negative thing I can say is that they allow a very aggressive towing company to come on the property at night to tow un- authorized vehicles. But if you register your vehicle before hand you will be fine. Dont forget to register. You will get towed. So yes. This is a great place to live.

A very pleasant & convenient place to live

I have lived here 4 yrs and love my apt , and my neighbors . The office staff are great & the maintenance staff are the best. It’s a great location with having an very large H.E.B. just down the street with several restaurants in the same area. There is also a shopping mall adjacent to 281North just a couple of minutes away that includes many stores like Hobby Lobby, Bath& Body Works , a theater and another H.E.B. It’s a very nice & convenient place to live
