Best choice of many apartments I searched for.
Management says the new owners are going to be improving the amenities and appearance.
Great loccation but just so-so overall
Parkng is always a problem. There are not many parking spaces around my building. One time, I had to park about 10 minutes walk away. The neighbors are ok but I have seen a few shady people hanging around. The unit itself is OK but I have a closet door that wasn't even installed so I just propped it against the wall. It is documented on my initial move in form so management had been notified. Sometimes the dumpster area is so full of trash and old stuff that it looks like a dump site. The location is ideal though. Close to shopping, movies, take out places so I can't complain there.

- Pets - allowed | Max 2 allowed
Comments: A $350 pet fee/deposit for one (1) pet and $450 pet fee/deposit for two (2) pets is required. One hundred dollars ($100) of the aforementioned pet fee is a deposit that may be refundable. Pet fee/deposit is due in full prior to move-in. <br><br>No more than two (2) pets are allowed per unitAggressive breeds are not allowed (includes mixed breeds). There is a 40 pound maximum weight limit, pet(s) must have current rabies shots and be a minimum of nine (9) months old.
