Our experience was great, lived in the complex for over a year.
Our stay
We have been here going on two years and have had no issues. Everybody is friendly. Staff is friendly amenities are always kept clean and well well kept I would recommend this place to all my friends and family that were in need of a place to stay.

Dont Recommend
I've resided at Birdsong for nearly two years now. Initially, my experience was fantastic - impeccable customer service and well-maintained property under the management of Rebecca, who was exceptional at promptly addressing any concerns. I even left a glowing 5-star review. However, my opinion has since shifted, prompting me to revise my rating to two stars. Customer service has deteriorated significantly. The leasing office staff I once praised either departed or were reassigned elsewhere. Emails regarding my concerns now routinely go unanswered, leaving me feeling neglected. While I understand maintenance may be busy, waiting 7 days for a work order to be addressed is unacceptable. Property upkeep is another issue. While the overall appearance is decent, as a dog owner, I'm more attuned to the nuances. Trash frequently lingers, and pet waste stations are often either devoid of bags or overflowing. It's disheartening that it took three months of persistent work orders for these issues to be addressed. The dog park, meant for recreation, has become a dumping ground, posing health risks for pets. Urgent measures such as surveillance cameras or installing fake grass should be considered. On top of that they have one small dumpster that is constantly overfilled and trash will literally pile up outside making it an extreme eyesore. You will have people come into the complex and dump large pieces of furniture. Enforcement of rules has become lax. Despite signing agreements upon moving in, such as not leaving pets on the patio, these regulations are routinely flouted, resulting in unpleasant odors and unhygienic conditions. Some tenants will have multiple people at the pool even though you are not allowed to have more than a few. So it makes visiting the pool unpleasant. People who don’t even live here will sneak into the complex and use the pool.
Very nice
I like the complex so far, I have not used any of the amenities yet but hope to start getting some use. Everything seems clean and well taken care of. I am disappointed about not being able to grill on my patio but that is just me. Apartment is very spacious and quiet so that is a big win.
