noise level

Above my apartment there is always alot of noise from kids running, moving furniture , and horse playing. After 10:00pm they still have loud music and tv playing. Always playing outside of my window and hall way when there is a playground for them.

Been living here for almost 10 years so I guess it can't be that horrible. Definitely have seen better and have seen worse.

Tenant

I live in building 7th and unfortunately the noise and the kids and teenagers living in this building are bad. They always doing vandalism and damage property and noise. They do not have any respect for adults or property at all. I Like this place but tenants do not control their kids and teens . I already made many complains without any results. As today March 24th the city order every citizen to stay home but you will see these kids and teens outside till very late hours of the night. There is around 9 or 10 even more outside of building 7th. The rent is going higher and higher every year . Personal are very helpful and professional and maintenance do a good job.

Review

From when i first started living at the apartment complex to now it has been down hill. Fitness room is a disaster. And now there is a time Frame to use it. Pool gets reopens later and later every year. I have requested to have carpet change to floor panel as i see so many apartment with floor panel but have gotten denied
