Observations

Professional staff. Quick repairs after submitting requests. Very comfortable apartment. Security is visible. Good upkeep of landscaping. No pests in my apartment yet. The office staff could be more accessible. More lighting is necessary outside the apartment doors, in the parking lot, at the entrance and on Binz-Engleman near the entrance.
