Management is wonderful; maintenance gets to you fast if needed and the office workers are always polite!! Jordan is a fave!

Excellent

I have lived here three years. The location is excellent and the grounds for the most part are excellent as well. The staff is kind and very helpful. My mom suffered from dementia and was treated wonderfully, as they went out of their way to ensure her well-being and safety. I am extremely grateful for their kind actions, The maintenance man that started I believe last January, is very knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He addressed an AC issue on a Sunday night on just moments notice. Gerald

Nice & Convenient

Love living here! Living near a gas station and a Walmart is so helpful! Plus, we we close to the whole food strip (Knickerbocker) & ASU is only 8 mins away!

Raintree Review

Raintree is non-invasive, understanding of extenuating circumstances, and has not given me any issues in the over 2 years that I have lived here. I am appreciative of their customer service especially considering that where you live is your ultimate safe space. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.
