Oxford Court

Sirens from Fire Station are really the only noise w/exception of a bad neighbor. Parking lot, for guests & 2 buildings, is big out front. The remaining are not quite the state required 8ft width. Maintenance does get things fixed but are very busy. Unfortunately, some occupants do not obey smoking rules. Also some current occupants smoke pot, so the skunk smell lingers. Great value for size & location. Pool needs a little work but lovely in the summer. Property manager replies back quickly.

Just like any other place you'll have some not so friendly neighbors but hey that's about everywhere, as long as you have your swimming pool or a laundry ! Your a winner!!

Decent place, but could use some updates

It’s been great so far
