Good place

I've lived here since my building opened nearly 3 years ago. The location is great with many things within walking distance. It has grown so much in the last 3 years. The recent change in the property manager has raised my rating of this complex. More social activities are planned, and the property is being maintained much better than before. The stairwells, elevators and hallways are now kept up, and being cleaned weekly vs monthly or longer. The maintenance staff has always been fantastic, and that hasn't changed. The office people are professional and address concerns in a timely manner. The pool underwent major maintenance earlier this year so hopefully the pool area and grills will be open year round vs closed off over the winter. Parking is ok with most of the problems coming from deliveries and guests who park in reserved spaces (they need to be repainted), electric vehicle charging stations, and in front of or blocking garages. The dog park is maintained much better than before, but they need to mark it as an amenity for tenants of the Linz. Right now people think it is a public dog park. Many of the residents on my floor have also been here since the building open.

There's a lot we like about the apartment. The only problem is it's impossible to pay through the app because it continuously messes up.

Overall Living

I have lived at Liz at the Station for almost 2 years now and it has been a good experience so far. The staff and maintenance crew have been very helpful and efficient whenever I had an issue that needed to be addressed. It can be noisy at times due to certain neighbors, but overall living conditions have been great!
