Linz at the Station - ok for the price

Apartment is a little overpriced for the wear it is showing inside and outside. Complex is a bit noisy with construction and road traffic. Some of the residents have no disregard for cleaning up after themself or their pet(s). Looking at other complexes around this complex, they have more amenities than Linz at the Station. Pool is really pretty, but it gets overrun by teens from other apartments or houses around this complex. Ontop of residents inviting more than the 2 guests.
