Seeing Sachse through the new Linz
I was one of the first to move in so I've been able to watch the property evolving into a community. Currently there are a couple of exciting restaurants to walk to, more on the way. The expansion of neighboring Heritage Park will offer more opportunities for dog walking and walking for exercise. The gym is very nice with great equipment and large screen TV's. Haven't tried the pool yet but it's certainly calling my name, soon! The apartments themselves are easy on the eyes and the layout is great. I have a 2BR and it's very spacious. Right now there is still construction noise and trash and dust to deal with but of course that's temporary. Seems they might need a bit more office staff and perhaps training on how to greet residents. Sometimes there's a wait and not always a smile. I think it's getting better but for luxury rent you should get luxury service. Overall I am happy with the experience and I think everything will get better as they settle into establishing their brand.

Attentive and courteous staff. Amazing amenities. The buildings and apartments are beautiful. So far, parking is absolutely no issue. Maintenance responds as soon as you submit your request. Complex is not overcrowded with various apartment buildings. I absolutely recommend this place
