Great place
My husband and I have lived here for almost 4 months. It is in a great location, with kind neighbors, indoor hallways, and a parking garage. We really love our apartment! We were out of a washing machine for almost 2 months which was really inconvenient and frustrating. The staff was kind but not very helpful in making the process go faster and smoother. Overall a great place that is less pricey than other places!

Tammie I love living here. I raised my daughters in Rowlett so it is home to me. My apartment is really spacious and overall is a great value, price per square foot. I am getting ready to sign a renewal. I also love that we are so close to the lake as I enjoy walking across the bridge, looking at the lake. Overall, it is pretty quite too.
I am very happy loving here.
I have lived here over 2 years. The fire alarm is a major concern of mine. I hope there will be no more false alarms this year. Last year there was a major fire, & fortunately my home was not involved. Although I had to go to the Rowlett Post Office for my mail...I now have a temporary mailbox which is so much better. I do have a complaint about residents not picking up their trash in the hallway, and their pet waste. I wish everyone would take pride in our community & keep it clean. I am also disappointed that I cannot walk the bridge anymore. I love the walking area....just limited now. I would also like to be kept posted on the renovating of the apartments that were damaged by the fire, and how long will it be before we get a mailroom in Building A? Overall I love living here...the landscaping is beautiful. I can't wait for Spring when all the flowers start blooming. The grounds are usually kept up except for trash by the outside doors.

We are enjoying our place here! From the moment we got here, the staff has been very helpful. The location is great and the apartment living is quiet and relaxing. We are happy with our apartment and its value. I would recommend it to others!
