The community is clean, quiet, and in a very convenient location. There very responsive, i would definitely recommend living here.

…yes im just trying to get a work ourser in but i cant move forward unless i do this but overall as of rn its a cute setting and the lady in the front office specifically by the front window is the one to go to she gone get you right and very nice

My move in experience was seamless, the apartment maintenance was very well taken care of. Very little if nothing was reported on my move in list/ A slight smell appeared one day after move in but the issue was resolved by going over with my own cleaning products. The staff at the front desk, Crystal, Miranda, and Vincent are all very informative, knowledgeable and kind. For my experience, the parking availability is the only minor issue due to space and the location of our building. There is only one free parking space available directly in front of my building. Everything else available around my building is for covered parking and garages which currently have a waitlist and required an additional monthly fee for the convenience. I am able to comfortably park outside of the gate for fastest access to my specific building. There is quite a bit of construction happening around this area right now, no fault of the apt complex, and I am glad to see that once I am in my apartment, little to no noise is heard. I can comfortably keep my windows and patio door open as well. Neighbors are kind, respectful, the amenities are nice and the living cost is also affordable.

I have lived here since 2017 and no upgrades have been done to my apartment all those years. I need new blinds because the ones that are there are cheap and therefore broken. Most of the bulbs in the bathroom are burnt out. Fridge has no light and I also don't think it's keeping the food cold enough. Just to mention a few.
