I love the location of this property and the floor plan. I was, however, disappointed by how little care was put into preparing the apartment for our move in. The carpet was full of hair from, presumably, the prior occupant's pet. The fact that the carpet wasn't cleaned or even vacuumed before allowing us to move in was disappointing and concerning.
