3101 Place is a nice place to live. Good location. The maintenance crew was always responsive to my service requests. Both workers were always respectful and corrected my service problems. Both ladies in the office were friendly and helpful.

Everything in the apartment seems to be falling apart. Maintenance comes in and repairs but two break down in its place.

i have been a resident since 2021 and felicia and evelyn have been really amazing . Maintenance are amazing as well they always get my work orders completed in a timely manner.

Front Office never picks up phones, but more importantly ALMOST NEVER returns calls or messages. I spoke to front office over the phone and asked them on several occasions to call me back on an important matter. Nothing! Customer service basics need to be taught in the front office. Not returning calls or messages is not acceptable. On a good note, maintenance team has done a great job so far. You have hired some quality folks in that area.
