Peaceful place to live

My husband and I have lived here for 5 years now. The office staff and maintenance crew are always very friendly and willing to help. They've always been very helpful anytime we've needed them. I love all of the updates the new owners are doing. Sometimes parking can be a little tough but I've always had a spot to park in relatively close to my apartment. The most important features of this place is how peaceful, quiet, and how safe it feels.

over priced

Old property that is over priced. Working on correcting some major issues like foundation, but seems like planning is missing the mark. No communication on any follow up work to fix interior cracks and holes from the "lifting". The parking lot needs a lot or work. Seems like there are improvements in the works, but the cracks and holes in winter during the holidays has not been good for moral. Al is the best part of the place, he is on top of getting things fixed.

Its ok but its too expensive for a one bedroom without a washing machine and a dryer. The appliances in this apartment are like the kind i grew up woty in 1970s and 1980s.

Vistors parking could improve

I have been living here for 8 years. It is a great location but I think they had let it run down too much. Now that we have new owners, maybe this will improve. The parking rules for visitors are a joke and I think they could improve. The ameneties need a face lift.Basketball court and tennis cour are super old and need a lot of repair. They fixed the pools recently which it was necessary. The whole apartment complex needs a new coat of paint and better irrigation system so we would not have so many problems with foundation. The apartment complex is located in a good location and restaurants and super markets are closed by. The noise level is good. i have not had problems with neighboors or anything like that.
