Most of the amenities are broken or unusable. The end of summer cook out was a far far cry from what they used to be. Not sure if the newer noodling is the reason, or if this just isn’t worth it any longer, have to sign one more year due to scenarios but buyer beware here. I have a sound that come from above me, there’s something on the roof or in the ducts of the building 1 have place a work order but there’s really not a way to prove what I’m hearing/feeling. Can’t wait to move!!

It takes a while before your sunmitted work order gets attended reason is it us not EMERGENCY for maintenance. For the resident it is enegency because it is too inconvenient. I hope he staff realizes that if you submit a work order it has to be done. At least talk to the rsident amd acknowlefge receipt of work order.
