What others love about this property:
The holston could use some work
Ive really enjoyed living here at the holston however the residents here have made my time unenjoyable. They are loud, rude, and dont treat the amenities with respect. Other than the people I have enjoyed the apartment complex

I love the area and I love my apartment. It’s been wonderful living in this apartment
Available Amenities and staffing
The Amenities are not available after work hours are on the weekends as advertised on the internet. The timeframe of getting assistance with the office staff is time consuming and the staff change often.
Changed my deposit at move-in
Changed my deposit on the day of move-in I signed a lease with the Holston for a year with a $200 deposit in Aug of 2021. Went to the office to pick up my keys and I was met by Wayne. Wayne would not give me my keys on Sep 10th without an additional deposit of $1000. I couldn't stay at my old place, someone had already applied for it. I expressed that I didn't have the additional amount and should not have to resign my lease. The office still wouldn't give me the keys, so I had to take out a loan to get the additional deposit. The office never put my concessions on the lease "6 weeks free" if you apply before a particular date, which I did. And they were left off the lease, these concessions never paid. The Holston never apply the additional $1,000 as deposit, they credited it to the following months rent, but the point is you wouldn't give me the keys until I made the payment. The ledger shows a paid extra on my move-in date. Wayne never updated the lease in their system, although I have a copy of the resigned lease. So, I want my consessions regardless because I still came up with my end of the deal. Now, they want me to pay a balance after moving out, but they never paid my conessions.
Holston Experience
I enjoy my apartment and the amenities. I've had a difficult time adjusting to the noise levels (construction, people in the halls, hall door, planes, people at the pool, someone riding a small ATV going up and down the sidewalk multiple times, people playing loud music on the weekends, loud people in the next apartment.) Nice community activities. Nice staff. Great maintenance guys. Parking is good. Love the package concierge.
