We are looking for Residents who have a positive employment history. Qualifying income is a minimum of 3 times the rent per month. You are welcome to add Residents’ incomes to achieve the minimum 3 times. Criminal history standards- We are looking for Residents who have a positive history of being law abiding, responsible, community members. Credit history standards- We are looking for Residents who have a positive history of financial responsibility. We are not able to accept applicants who have charge offs or negative reports for utilities including cell phones. Previous and current home standards- We are looking for Residents who have a stable, positive rental history of taking care of their current and previous homes and paying rent on time. This will include a 2-minute visit of applicant’s current home. Pets- We welcome cats and dogs and they are approved on an individual basis. Cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered. We are not able to accept any dogs under 1 year old. We need to meet your pet in person at your current home.
