This was a great place to live, we were there for three years and then moved to Beaumont. We are currently wanting to move back to Port Arthur and this is my first choice!!!!

My first apartment experience ever, and I must say, the management, maintenance, and atmosphere of this place was very exceptional! First, the room. 2bd/1bath...Very roomy and appealing. The view from the balcony was very nice! If you get one that faces the open space and the playgrounds, you will enjoy the view! Amenities....Kitchen wares were quickly and promptly addressed when repairs were needed. A/C was very effective, especially in summer months! Neighborhood....Nestled in a developing neighborhood of Mid-County, this place is a VERY short drive away from Central Mall and the Mid-County shopping district. Modern, quiet, and well maintained! Love it! Management....The managers (Out of respect, I will not use names) were VERY nice, respectful, and professional. They really do care for the comfort of their tenants. Overall....For anyone looking for a comfortable room, whether temporary or long-term, this place, I HIGHLY recommend! With the rent that we had, it was really a bargain! Also, if possible, go for a year-long lease (you'll save even more)! I truly do thank Bent Tree for housing me and my wife as we started our lives together! I'll never forget it!
