90% of the power plugs do not work. I put in a work order because the microwave does not work. No power power plug-in fuse switch. It looks good plugs 90% of them do not work. I have a critical need for my bathroom plugs to charge my equipment for physical needs for my handicap equipment.

We are tenants for almost a year now. Overall our experience her at the Villas Apartments have been good, no complaint. Haven't had issues getting a hold of maintenance when needing a work order done in our apartment. Lease renewal is coming up for us and we feel this has been a nice welcoming, comfort place to have our family. We have a garage with our apartment and love it. Only thing that we would like is for our main entry doors to close after every entry or exit of vehicles. Our gate facing Discovery Bay Street only worked for a few month of our presence. This exit is real convenient for us/other tenants and would love the gate to work. Other than that our stay here has been great and do recommend families to stay as it is safe and clean for the most part.

so far its only been about 1 month and the amount of issues i ran into are too many to count. Broken air vent, broken washer dryer, broken ac when i first moved in and poor response by the property management
