Noisy neighbors/pets/cars. Missing gym equipment. Repeated violations of trash, smoking in apartment and pets not leashed during walks.

What should I say? Best location, friendly management staff, quick with maintenance orders inside the apartment, well-maintained property, enough parking spots, Recently had issues with both main gates, gates were wide open for weeks: Always an issue. Recent issues with someone tampering with parked cars inside the property. They are fixing the safety-related issues as far as we know. Hope for the best.

Overall the complex is pretty nice. It's clean and the maintenance people do a good job of getting things done in a timely manner, This is the only apartment I've stayed in so I have nothing to compare it to but the rooms are very nice and the office people seem to help out when you need them to. The only complaint I may have about it is on weekends the pool closes at like 9:00 P.M. which can have it's ups and downsides I guess.

There are apartments built directly over garages occupied by other tenants. Not just one garage, but there are three under one apartment. They are not soundproofed and mechanics are not quiet, therefore it is loud and vibrates the bedrooms every time the garage is opened. Even at 4am! It is worse if the person occupying the garage owns a muscle car. Don't make this mistake.
