Love these apartments!!

We are very happy living in the Tuscany at Faudree Apartment Complex. The management have regular activities and events for the residents such as Bingo Night and a Cinco de Mayo celebration. There are also virtual exercise classes and cooking classes offered to the residents. The landscape and grounds are maintained on a regular basis. I enjoy the waterfall and palm trees at the entrance of the apartment complex.The maintenance personnel also do a great job and are prompt to complete work orders promptly. We would definitely recommend these apartments to our friends and family

We love it here!

We’ve lived here for 5 years now and we love it! It’s a beautiful and clean property with friendly and quiet neighbors. Safety has never been an issue and its location is near multiple restaurants, gas stations and stores for easy access. Management is friendly and super helpful, maintenance is quick to resolve your problems. I 100% recommend moving here!

Tuscany Apartment

Tuscany apartment is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. The sound of water as I enter the entrance always reminds me of the comfort and coziness of home. Not only the entrance to the apartment, but also the pool, gym, and office are all well-maintained and clean. Also, our apartment is great because you can do many things through the online portal. You can pay the rent, make requests or questions right away, and the bulletin board where you can chat with neighbors is always active, so you can conveniently find out about news and events happening in the apartment. I have not found a single reason to leave this apartment, and I am sure I will not find one in the future.
