The apartments are kinda old so not very modern on the insides, theres loose things or sometimes leaks form things not fixed properly. The front office never answers the phones for anything, but love to leave notes on your doors about pest control. Paying rent online they will throw in random charges without explanation. I recommend paying with a money order the exact amount that comes in the mail. The pool doesn't work and doesn’t look like it will soon.

Living here is great! I love being able to have a nice ommunity to rely on and i love how quiet the place is. o

I have lived here for 3 months and have not been satisfied by the apartment. I do like the spaciousness it provides and it gives a hearthy feel. Overall I would say the staff is sub-par in their communication and reception of maintenance. The pool has never even been touched since even before us moving here and has been a real let-down. They do not upkeep any facilities or do cleaning and maintenance of the apartments when residents leave for the new residents. Upon entering the apartment for the first time all we could smell was the smoke caked into the rug that we had to clean out as well as scratched up counters and appliances and dirt-caked vents. Appliances work, but have little things wrong with them that make a bunch of minor inconveniences a real big issue altogether. For $905 plus utilities I would say this is not up to standard. The people are friendly and there are families here so it is relatively safe. Overall I would not be too harsh, because it is "livable" technically but not the best.
