Looking for two reliable, respectful roommates to take over two private rooms in my home starting October 1st. (Rooms are rented individually on a month-to-month basis- two additional rooms will open up in November. Once full, the house will be occupied by myself and four roommates total). Rent: $750 - All Bills Paid (Utility bills in excess of $600 total for the house will be split equally among all occupants). Internet is included! Security Deposit: $750 (Due upon lease signing to secure the room). Total to move in is $1,500 (Deposit + First Month's Rent). The Space: Private bedroom. The four roommates will share 2 full bathrooms among themselves (a very comfortable 2:1 ratio, as I have my own private bathroom). Full kitchen access, furnished living room, parking on gravel driveway, and a large yard. Professional cleaning of all common areas and the shared bathrooms every two weeks, as well as basic toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, handsoap, and dish soap), are included in the rent! About Me: I work a 12-hour overnight shift schedule, so I value a quiet, peaceful home environment to rest. Clean, organized, and I have two cats (must be cat-friendly!). They will stay in my room while I'm away or sleeping. Ideal Match: Looking for someone stable, communicative, and respectful of quiet hours during shift rotations. No couples, pets, or smoking inside. The area is not very pedestrian-friendly, so you will need a car or to Uber/Lyft around. Background check and proof of income required. Note: The rooms are currently being freshly painted and deep-cleaned for their new occupants! I don't have photos of the empty spaces just yet, but I am happy to send current layout photos or schedule an in-person walkthrough for serious applicants. Small pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis (such as hamsters, snakes, birds, fish, etc.) given that their enclosures are kept clean. They should ideally not leave the tenant's personal room, and tenant must be mindful of the cats living at the residence (bring at your own risk). No dogs or cats since two cats will be living at the residence already. I am available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for showings.
