"Regrets"
Work needs to be done on roof, leaking water from rain and floods kitchen amd garage. Pine needles make alot of mess and fire hazardness, No gutter cleaning or fireplace shoot with pine needs. cooling in living room very costly. Home does not cool during hot weather. you have to keep thermostat at 65* to get livingroom & dini g cooled down. Electric super high!!

Enclave Review
