Love living here .. it is my home for a long long long time
Not as good as before
In the past 7 years the quality of the Signature place apartments has gone down and the price continues to increase. I will compliment the maintenance crew to be on top of any problems that occur!
Maintenance Nightmare
I have lived here over 4 years and during that time the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom has leaked badly every time it rains, and they have supposedly fixed it numerous times only for it to leak with the next rain. The ceiling in there is collapsing. The shag carpet is gross, the hot water heater, air conditioner, garbage disposal garage door opener and dishwasher have all gone out and had to be replaced after numerous attempts to fix them. The garage leaks and floods with every rain and we can't use the back water spicket because we have to call maintenance to get it turned off. The place is falling apart and not being properly maintained. If it weren't so expensive, to move, I'd find another place.
Some things need repairs but overall good
Therr are several maintenance problems that have and need to be addressed but overall i live being here

Super easy to apply and get approved. Clean, quiet and safe community that's perfect for families (pet friendly) especially if you're relocating to this area. Close to schools and stores. We love it here.
