Great Location

Love Mckinney Village and it's staff everyone has been super helpful if we had an issue. Willie the maitnance manger is amazing. Love the location it's super close to my work. Love the spacious apartments and their layouts.

Great and could be even better

I enjoy living here - its quiet and the neighbors are frndly. The maintenance tech and staff are quick to resolve issues and kind. The amenities are very limited however i wouldnt use them anyway. I would love to see improvement in terms of parking and packages. Parking is inconvenient and stressful because Of the towing company. It makes it challenging to have guests over even for a day. As for packages, its hard for delivery driver to find the main gate to enter. There should either be a hub or signs around the complex to point delivery drivers to the main gate.

No Building Upkeep

Would not recommend living here. Holes in ceiling, broken elevators, fire alarms going off several times a month. They stopped caring and maintaining for the buildings and grounds around the apartments. At least you’re close to a hospital when your ceiling falls in on you though. I’ve had a hole in the ceiling, a broken fire alarm and water damage in my apartment for over two weeks and they still have not fixed it. They took months before starting repairs on one of the damaged elevators, even though multiple residents kept complaining about it. There has been holes in the walls and ceiling’s of the breeze ways that they also have not fixed yet. The new staff that they have hire is also doing a worse job compared to the old staff that walk off one week. The maintenance guys are nice when you get to see them at least. For the amount they want to charge residents you would think they would have this place in top condition, but sadly not.

I have lived here for about five years now and it has been a great experience. The management and maintenance staff are great. The property manager, Nicole, just helped me with my parking permit. I know she is busy, but she took the time to see that I was taken care of. Thank you, Nicole!
