Excellent place to live. Attentive and responsive staff.
I have lived at MAA Time Square for 4 years. Excellent staffing and building maintenance. Polite and responsive employees. Designated areas for parking. The building is well maintained. Well-mannered people are living and/or working in the building. Everyone is thoughtful and courteous. That is why I have chosen to continue living here.

Peaceful Living
Lived here for a few months and it's been peaceful. Sure we're on the 5th floor but we can't hear our neighbors or anything at all. Quiet living, elevators, and a parking garage are a plus. In Texas you never know when high winds or hail could damage your property so having a garage is great. Maintenance team has been pretty good a couple times we used em. Only qualm we have is a small 30 gallon water heater so showers run short but I guess overall you save on water usage that way. Utilities have been cheap compared to other places I have lived in the past. Can't go wrong with moving here.
