Overall a nice place to live..

It has been nice, I appreciate environment. I just wish that they would be more strict on the dog owners responsibility of picking up after their dogs. A play area for the kids would take the place to the next level. It seems as though they care more about residents animals than kid's

I love my home here at gray branch! The apartment itself has so much character, and you couldnt choose a better location. All of my neighbors and the staff here are amazing! I have zero complaints.
