Best Place in McKinney
I was really upset about leaving Richardson. I was moving to Avilla for rent price purposes. I'm glad i was wrong because this apt complex has exceeded my expectations. The area is quiet, it's close to the highway but far enough you dont hear anything. 380 has any and everything you could possibly need and want. Staff has been great from jump. I was completely wrong about moving to this area. Thank you to any and everyone that is apart of Avilla Northside.
Hidden Gem
No breed restrictions, nice size backyards, dog park within 5 min of the apartments. No carpet in any of the rooms, which for a dog owner with kids is a huge plus for me.
Perfect Living
I have been at Avilla Northside for almost a year. It is lovely here. I feel safe. The staff and maintenance team are efficient and prompt. My unit is very nice. I have good neighbors. The property is well maintained. I have a big garage and there are plenty of parking spots. I am renewing to remain here. Thank you, Avilla Northside.
