I moved in 9 days ago and still don't have hot water in kitchen. Second maintenance request sent. Same maintenance man, Dean, came again. The first time he stated, "filter issue" and stated he will "replace" entire kitchen faucet. I told him filter has nothing to do with temperature. He Left and returned with another man, not uniformed Hispanic male, who went in garage and stated he "turned it up a little bit". I was gone for 4 days and returned yesterday. Still no hot water in kitchen sink. Dean returned again, laughing stating " I fixed this last week". He opened the faucet and left it running for an extended period of time, only lukewarm came out. He left stating he "would be right back". Never went in garage to check water heater. It has now been 38 minutes and he hasnt returned. Corporate review needed on this brand-new complex, and personnel review of maintenance man Dean.

I love it here. Wish there was a park for kids. Also the garage (at least for my unit) is really tight and hard to pull in. The staff here is fantastic and always eager tohelp. My issue with maintenence is that the problems are looked at but they dont return to fix, or at least let us know what result is
