I’ve lived here for a couple of years and always had a good experience. I’ve always felt safe and I like that it is a gated community. Staff is friendly, neighbors are quite, the layout of my apartment is great. My only complaint would be that maintenance is slow on repairs at times and you are required to pay $15 monthly for the gym, when it used to be optional. Overall good experince and would recommend Ashton Pointe to others.
