Amazing property

I love this place so much it is so roomy. I have a great front porch. I can walk to the park. Arielle isamazing everytime i come and see her she helps me. The maintenance crew is always willing tonhelp and is so fast when i call them.

Things have changed

I have lived in the community for seven years and the community vibe that used to exist has been diminished. This has become more evident by the fact that several of the residents who had lived here for an extended period of time have moved out of the community and I will be doing the same when my lease end in February 2024. I no longer trust that the office staff has the best interest of the residents, I feel their loyalty resides solely with RAM Management. From a discriminatory lease violation I received in March, to incongruent information I recently received regarding an outstanding balance of $3.50, my frustration with the management office continues to grow. When I moved in, the staff lived on property, which I believe adds tremendous value to the community. There was a connection to residents that has been eliminated and I know it will never be the same since the property is owned and operated by an entity that does not even have an office in Texas. I could go on, but I have left my review before, and it does not seem to matter.

Great property for the area!

We have lived here for a few months. I love that it's pretty quiet for the most part. The noise is from the constant opening and closing of the garages in the building. The community breakfasts are a great way to meet new neighbors. The staff is super nice & helpful (Amy & Candice rock!). Maintenance requests are attended to in a timely manner and the guys are very knowledgeable. The side of the street and all the traffic during rush hours can be a bit tricky so you have to leave early, ahead of traffic. The units are spacious and the rooms are a good side. Overall we like living here and would definitely recommend for the value in the area.
