Rent has never went one year without going up in five years. Just notified they're going up another $100 this year. Understand things go up but they advertise mature living. Most these folks on fixed income. Increases, if needed in rents should be in keeping with COLA. (Cost Of Living Adjustment). It was great five years ago but since taken over by Illinois Property Concern seems totally out of touch.
