Great place
Great location, no noise, friendly and attentive staff, a great price and the one-bedroom apartment is a great size. In my opinion, the only thing missing is a playground for the children.
Consistently great
All maintenance requests have been handled promptly. The staff in the office and grounds have always been friendly. Rent has been pretty stable across 4 and a half years. The dog park and pet policy were huge for us. Our neighbors have mostly kept to themselves or been friendly. It's a quiet and pleasant place to live.
