The lack of communication among staff members is frustrating. Residents receive countless emails about issues—such as gate access, requests to download apps for entry codes, and patio restrictions—that are rarely followed up on. Despite repeated instructions to use an app for gate access, the gates have not been working properly since I moved in, which raises concerns about both convenience and security. Additionally, there seems to be little enforcement of community standards. Many patios and balconies are used as storage areas, with grills, broken furniture, and various household items left out. This negatively impacts the overall appearance and value of the property.

I like this place. It has the raw material to be the best place to live in Lewisville. What really hurts it's score are the bad apple tenants who do not care about others.
