Great Spit
I have lived here 2 months and have had a great experience with the staff and the other residents I have met. It is conveniently located near all of the necessary shopping, restaurant, and entertainment areas as well as easy access to major roads to travel anywhere in the area. Parking can be a little tight at times. Cost is competitive to what is available these days.
Wonderful Staff
Neighbors are friendly, grounds always taking care of! I love eye contact and friendly smiles and I always recieve this from staff, they are alway willing to go aboave and beyond to help out when needed.
LeanderPark apartment review
We lived in Leander Park apartments for 5 months in 2022 and had a very good experience. They have great amenities like swimming pool, Gym, yoga room and internet enabled office spaces. These are very well maintained. We loved going to the Gym as a family. The leasing office,has a great ambiance for hosting private events. The staff is friendly and helpful. I Would recommend living here to anyone - whether it is just for a few months or longer.
Poor care
I've lived here for 12 months. The apartment is nice. but not sound proofed enough from the other apartments above, below and to the side. The landscaping is below average and isn't kept up; too many dead plants and the bare places. The only area that gets decent and continuous landscaping is the front entrance despite hearing the mower, weeder and blower weakly. The cleanliness of the property is poor. The green areas and edge of the dog park are gross. The big dog owners don't clean up after there pets and evidently staff doesn't clean up the grounds. There are not enough pet station clean up stations on the property. The pet wash station isn't maintained well: no trashcan inside or outside next to the door, The water doesn't drain well. Con-service: Trash pick up is sporadic. They forget to pickup at least once a week and they're expensive for doing so little. I have also noted the only person doing trash pick up is in a car with the trunk open and it's piled on top of the car as the rounds are made. Community events are next to nonexistent and the one for 4/20/22 was a joke. The residents had to pay for the food/drinks from the food truck. Gates to the property are broken more often than not.
