Bay Colony very family friendly!

My young adult son, my elderly mother and I have lived in Bay Colony for almost 2 years. We have great neighbors, and a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are close to major shopping but not too close as to be affected by traffic. The rent is very affordable for the lot, amenities and size of living space. I would certainly recommend others to try out Bay Colony.

Comfortable Living

I have lived here since March of this year and it was the best decision I made. The community is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests and very nice. I have no thoughts of moving anytime soon.

Bay colony

Nice neighborhood. House was not cleaned when we moved in. Had to shampoo carpet a few times. Previous renters had large dogs. Hair was everywhere. Kitchen had trash left over in it. Has to clean the whole house before we could move in. Previous management wouldn't do anything about it.

very good

overall our stay has been very pleasant. I have enjoyed living here and all of my complaints are very small with one exception, which is that our AC has broken multiple times. However it was fixed within an adequate amount of time.
